Saigon Nights is owned and run by Phung Morgan. Phung has lived in the UK for over 10 years and has extensive experience within the catering industry.

At Saigon Nights we offer mouth watering Thai and Vietnamese food cooked in authentic traditional style by our Vietnamese Chefs. We don't say our food is the best, our customers do! Collectively, our chefs and staff have decades of experience between them and are just as comfortable catering to individuals, small groups, or corporate events. Birthday parties and Office parties always welcome!
